Group Classes


Espace Forme gym is the only gym in the Montreal area to offer three Body Training Systems programs: Groupe Rower, Groupe Kick and Groupe Centergy.

Class Descriptions:
Groupe Power is a 60-minute training program available to participants of all levels, that combines music, aerobics, strength training and stretching with activities specifically designed to tone problem areas.

Groupe Kick is a fun workout program that combines martial arts and boxing. The 60-minute sessions promote an intense cardio-vascular workout while developing muscle strength.

Groupe Centergy is a program that alternates between Pilates movements and yoga poses. It promotes relaxation and better stress management.
