Gym: $16 per day
Group classes: $20 per class

Special rates per age group

• 60% discount for juniors between 16 and 18 years of age
• 30% discount for young adults between 19 and 25 years of age
• 10% discount for adults over 65 years of age

Additional information

• Taxes not included.
• Rates valid from September 1, 2009 to August 31, 2010.
• All memberships are valid for a 12-month period with the exception of the Flexible membership.
• The registration fee ($50) applies to all new memberships ($25 for Flexible membership).
• For membership interruption, refer to the gym Rules.
• All memberships are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a third party, interrupted, delayed or postponed.
• Only a yearly Espace Forme gym membership grants access to tennis at the "Bronze occasionnal" level. (Court and activity fees are extra).
